Booking

Customers should check all booking details carefully once a confirmation is received. Journey updates should always be made through BestCabs rather than directly with the driver.

Flights & Delays

Airport journeys should allow sensible buffer time. For airport pickups, flight information should be accurate so BestCabs can monitor arrival changes and plan collection properly.

Pricing

Quoted prices cover the planned journey only. Waiting time, tolls, or extra booking changes may be charged where applicable under the booking policy.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through approved payment providers. BestCabs does not store full card information directly in the website frontend.

Changes & Cancellations

Changes and cancellations must go through official BestCabs contact channels. Refunds and cancellation charges depend on the timing of the request and the booking status.

Passenger Responsibility

Passengers are responsible for accurate booking details, correct luggage sizing, and arriving at the agreed pickup point on time. Vehicle suitability requests should be raised before travel.
